Contract
Photography Contract for Wedding Package
This agreement is made between Courtney Carey ("Photographer") of Burlap Rustic Photography and [Client's Full Name] ("Client") on this ____ day of [Month], [Year].
1. Wedding Package Price
The total cost of the Wedding Photography Package is $550.00 (the "Package").
2. Wedding Package Summary
The Wedding Photography Package includes the following:
Free Engagement Portraits.
An online gallery for viewing and downloading images.
Up to 60 edited images (and sometimes more).
The Package does not include any time limitations for the photography session.
Types of Photos Taken:
Bridal Party Photos.
Groom Party Photos.
Family Photos.
Candid “Little Moments”.
Bride & Groom Photos.
Photos of Children and Special Guests.
3. Travel Fees
If the event takes place outside of Erath County, a travel fee of $50.00 will be added to the total package price.
4. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due on the day of the Engagement Portraits. This deposit secures the Photographer's services and is applied to the total balance of the Wedding Package.
The balance of the Package ($550.00 minus the $100.00 deposit) will be due [insert due date, e.g., "7 days before the wedding date"].
5. Non-Refundable Deposit
The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to the cancellation of the event or a change of photographer before the wedding date.
If the Client decides to hire another photographer or cancel the booking at any time before the event, the $100.00 deposit will not be refunded.
6. Image Editing and Turnaround Time
Images will be edited and ready for delivery within 1-2 weeks from the event date. The exact delivery time will depend on the complexity of the editing process.
Once editing is complete, the Client will receive access to the online gallery for viewing and downloading the images.
7. Online Gallery and Delivery
The Client will have 3 months from the date the online gallery is made available to download their images.
The Photographer will not provide a disc, SD card, or flash drive containing the images. All images will be accessible for download exclusively via the online gallery.
8. Image Retention
Once the online gallery is made available to the Client, the Photographer will not hold onto the images. The Client is solely responsible for downloading and saving their images within the 3-month period. After this time, the gallery and images may be removed and will not be retrievable.
9. Guest Interference and Missed Portrait Opportunities
The Photographer will make every effort to capture all important moments and portrait opportunities. However, if guests obstruct the Photographer’s ability to take photos or interfere with the photography process, there may be missed portrait opportunities that cannot be recreated. The Client understands that it is their responsibility to inform guests to remain out of the Photographer's way during key moments of the event to ensure all important photos are captured.
10. Agreement to Terms
By signing this contract, the Client acknowledges understanding and agrees to the terms outlined above, including the non-refundable deposit, travel fees, image editing and turnaround time, online gallery delivery, image retention, guest interference, and all aspects of the Wedding Photography Package.
